Shipping & Returns
Thank you so much for your purchase!
We pride ourselves in sending your candles as quickly as possible.
Please allow 2-4 business days for your purchase to reach the postal office. (Usually sooner but sometimes life causes delays)
Unfortunately the delivery time is out of our hands once it reaches the postal office. You will be provided with a tracking number once your candles have shipped so that you can view your estimated shipping date given by the courier service.
We offer free shipping for all of Canada on orders $135+. You can order as many candles as you like and save on shipping!
What countries do you ship to?
We currently only ship within Canada.
Return & Exchange Policy
All of our items are final sale, however, we always want to make sure that you are happy with your order. If your item arrives damage or defective, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org (with a photo of the damage upon arrival) and we will be happy to exchange it for you.
Please re-pack your item back into its original packaging and we will send you a shipping label to use to return your item.
Once we receive your return, we will send out your replacement.
If you are local to us, please contact us to arrange a day where you can drop your item off at one of our boutique stockists and we will exchange it for you right away.
Please note, decorations may come loose as a result of handling during transit. They can be put back in place by using a blow dryer on low heat to soften the wax and allow the decoration to stick.
